I'm so happy that you're here reading this welcome guide, as this means we're officially working together and EPIC things are about to happen! This guide is meant to be a resource for any questions you might have - hopefully I answer them all here, but if not, just send me an email and I'd happily answer them!

Policies & Boundaries

 

Before we go over the fun stuff, I want to quickly go over some of my key policies when working with clients.

 

OFFICE HOURS

Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm GMT

My office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.  If you reach out to my team on a weekend we will reply to you on the next business day excluding holidays. 

RESPONSE TIME

Within 24-48 hours during office hours

I will respond within 24-48 hours of client needs and concerns Monday-Friday only when received via email. Delays in response times from the client when the contractor is awaiting details will cause delays in the timeliness of service fulfillment and may result in delays.

METHODS OF COMMUNICATION

Communication with the client will only be handled via email

PLEASE NOTE: Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, and text messaging is not to be used as a form of communication when doing business with The Streamlined Company.

CLIENT CALL & MEETING POLICY

During the scheduled time of the call, I will wait for your arrival for 10 minutes

After I've waited 10 minutes, the call will be documented as a no show and must be rescheduled. Rescheduled calls will delay the timeliness of your project completion.

Should the no show be for a strategy call then the call will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Here are some of the frequently asked questions I hear from my clients. If I haven't answered your question just email me!

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY STRATEGY SESSION?

Should you have to reschedule due to extenuating circumstances, please reach out to me at least one week (in writing) in advance of the session so that we can work something out.

You will only receive one 'free' reschedule before additional fees will be incurred.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO COMPLETE THE ONBOARDING QUESTIONNAIRE?

Trust me when I say, your Onboarding Questionnaire CANNOT be completed be completed in an hour! I would estimate approx. 3 hours of you time, to review your current process, audit what works and what doesn't, what you'd like to improve. That all takes time and thought. So PLEASE don't leave this questionnaire to the last minute, otherwise you will see the result of this during our strategy call - we will not be able to cover much as I will not be able to prep as well as I could have.

WHAT IF WE NEED MORE THAN 90-MINUTES?

The more detail you can provide in your Onboarding Questionnaire, the more I will be able to plan for our session beforehand.

I cannot guarantee that we will be able to cover all the services you hope for, but we will work on as much as possible during the 90-minutes. And if you feel like you'd need more time, simply book another session!

WHY IS THERE NO SUPPORT WITH THIS PACKAGE?

Because what I am giving you is a roadmap to a tech build-out and that's a blurry line when it comes to support. I want to be able to keep this package as low-cost as possible to be able to help out anyone who does not have the budget for a full build. Adding in support would increase the cost considerably!

If this is something you would like, I can create a custom support package to help you whilst you DIY your build.
