QUESTION # 1 - How long is the setup process?

Depending on the package you opt for, the setup is usually one or two days.

Want to know how that's possible? It's all in the prep work. We start this stage 3 weeks before our VIP day to make sure we have all the content ready to go. Don't worry, I will give you access to a Client Prep Pack which has tutorials, templates, swipe files and so much more to help you out as much as possible.

QUESTION # 2 - What do I need to do before you start the setup?

You'll get access to your Client Prep Pack within MemberVault (a course hosting platform). I use MV as this gives me free reign to share all the videos, templates, workbooks I need to help me make your prep stage as easy as it possibly can be.

Because, there will be a lot of prep to do. Expect the prep stage to be pretty full-on, you're going to need to get your hands dirty here!

QUESTION # 3 - Will you help me create the content?

As much as I possibly can! I'm no copywriter, so don't expect miracles there. But I will give you access to swipe files, examples, workbooks to help you create the content needed. My aim is to help lessen the load when it comes to the content creation, however, this stage is all on you. I'll do my best to help you out though!

QUESTION # 4 - Do you have payment plans?

If the package you want doesn't have a payment plan, please get in touch and we can chat through a way where I can help you. All payments must be made fully prior to our intensive session, so if we need to stretch out a payment plan, then we may need to schedule your intensive for a later date a few months later.

QUESTION # 5 - How much does Dubsado and MemberVault cost?

Currently, Dubsado's prices are $35 per month. You can get started with a free account which allows you to have your first 3 clients for free. Even though I will be setting up your Dubsado account, you will be responsible for the subscription cost of running Dubsado. If you don't have a Dubsado account right now, please use code LAURA20 to get 20% off your first month or year (affiliate code).

MemberVault is free for the first 100 people. Then it goes up to $19/mo for the Starter account (capped at 1,000 people) and $49/mo for the Base account (capped at 10,000 people). Again, you will be responsible for the subscription cost of running MemberVault.

QUESTION # 6 - What if I need to reschedule or cancel my intensive day?

Should you have to cancel due to extenuating circumstances, please reach out to me at least one week (in writing) in advance of the session so that we can work something out. Here's some legal bits from my contract...

All payments are non-refundable at the time in which they are paid and may be transferred to another date with 7-days prior written notice. The deposit is only valid for 90 days, and must be used within that timeframe. In the event that the intensive fails to occur within 90 days, or the Client fails to request a new date at least 7 days prior to their booked appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and the intensive will be terminated. If the Client wishes to reschedule beyond 90 days, the original deposit may, at the Service Providers discretion, be applied to a new booking at the current intensive rate, which may or may not be higher than the original booking rate.

QUESTION # 7 - What if the days you have available don't suit me?

Just ask! I only offer a very limited amount of intensive days, but if they don't fit in with your scheduler just email me and I will see what I can do (no promises though!).

QUESTION # 8 - How is this different to other ways to work with you?

I currently don't offer any other ways to work with me. Because I have spent years refining the process of working with my clients, I can work quickly and efficiently. I know that long drawn out projects spanning weeks (sometimes months) are not what you want or need. I love being able to help people out in the shortest amount of time possible. Let's get this done and get your business running smoother tomorrow!

QUESTION # 9 - Do I need to be available for the whole VIP day?

Yes please! Please don't book any meetings or calls during this time as any delay to getting feedback may delay the project and we may not be able to reach the goal we expected. Just make sure to have Slack open and watch as your project unfolds before your eyes! 

QUESTION # 10 - How many workflows can we work on?

I used to work with people who wanted all of their services mapped and built and I saw how overwhelming it was for them, especially when it comes to the content creation.

 

So, now I only focus on streamlining ONE signature service at a time. That way we can really deep dive into making that the most amazing experience possible for your clients.
