Schedule a FREE discovery call with me so I can get a better understanding of you and your business. And, most importantly, what level of help you need.


Custom Quote

After our no-salesy sales call, you'll receive a proposal custom to your needs. All you need to do to book in is sign the contract and make your deposit.



Your project starts with a 2-3 hour workflow mapping call. 

This is where I grill you about how you currently do things and then I make my suggestions to uplevel it.


Workflow Report

After our call I will create a report that details all your workflows, tech suggestions, and flowcharts


Dubsado Audit

If you use Dubsado, I will also do an audit to help you get it optimised to fit in with the lovely new workflows you're about to implement!

How long is the setup process?

1-2 Days Yes, you heard me right! The whole thing about intensives is that we get you your desired outcome in as little time as possible.

Do I need to use Dubsado to buy this package?

Nope This Client Experience Intensive is for EVERYONE! Whether you use Dubsado or not, we will uplevel your client experience so that it runs smoothly and wows your clients. If you do use Dubsado, I will provide you with a workflow with specific Dubsado triggers and actions. If you do not use Dubsado, then we will map out the workflow with the tech you currently use, or I will make recommendations for tech that will be able to help you to streamline the process.

Will you help me to figure out the tech?

We will definitely cover the tech you use during our intensive. Dubsado is my area of expertise, but I do have a basic knowledge of all different types of tech, so I will be making recommendations for tech that you can integrate into your process to help streamline it further.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes The standard payment option for this package is 100% upfront, however, if you need a more custom payment plan, please let me know on the call and we can arrange a customised plan for you.

Will I need to be available throughout the intensive day?

Yes! We will be having a brainstorming call that starts at 10am GMT then after that I will be working on drafting your Workflow Report, during that time I will need you to be available to answer questions, and for me to be able to complete this within the timeframe, I will need you to be able to answer questions immediately. Please make sure you do not have any meetings or calls booked in for the day we have our intensive. We then have an end-of-day call where I will walk you through the report. I will let you know specific times when I onboard you. But basically, don't book anything in for the day we have your intensive!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Because intensive spots are super limited, there will be no refunds or cancellations. Should you have to cancel due to extenuating circumstances, please reach out to me at least one week in advance of the session so that we can work something out.

What if the days you have available don't suit me?

Just ask! I only offer a very limited amount of intensive days, but if they don't fit in with your scheduler just email me and I will see what I can do (no promises though!).

How is this different to other ways to work with you?

I currently don't offer any other ways to work with me. Because I have spent years refining the process of working with my clients, I can work quickly and efficiently. I know that long drawn out projects spanning weeks (sometimes months) are not what you want or need. I love being able to help people out in the shortest amount of time possible.
