Starting off with a workflow mapping call to get everything out of Gemma's head and into a streamlined workflow.
As Gemma's business is relatively new, we took our time with the content creation to make sure we had all the questionnaires and forms to help her collect the information she needs for her larger website build projects, along with making sure her ongoing clients feel supported at all times.
